Raven respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through the waitlist and website, how we use it, and your choices.
What we collect
The waitlist form may collect your email or WeChat ID, festivals you follow, and optional notes about what you need help with. We also store the page you submitted from and your language preference to improve the product.
How we use it
We use this information only for Raven product updates: lineup alerts, feature launches, and follow-ups related to what you submitted. We do not sell your contact details or use them for unrelated marketing.
Storage and security
Data is stored on access-controlled infrastructure. We take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access, but no system is perfectly secure.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete your waitlist entry or stop messages at any time. Reply to any Raven message or contact us through the same channel you used to sign up, and we will process the request within a reasonable time.
